The Hundred Blaze 2026: A Wonderful Celebration of Youth Cricket

Capital Kids Cricket was delighted to host the 9th Edition of The Hundred Blaze on 28th and 29th May 2026 at Seven Kings Park.

As part of our continued commitment to developing young talent and creating meaningful opportunities through cricket, this year's tournament adopted an exciting Under-19 international format, bringing together eight representative teams from diverse cricketing backgrounds: Bangladesh, Pakistan, England, India, England Lions, West Indies (ACE), Sri Lanka (BTCL), and Afghanistan.

Over two fantastic days, players showcased their talent, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a highly competitive environment. The tournament provided a valuable platform for young cricketers to gain experience, build friendships, and represent their communities with pride.

Tournament Results

🏆 Cup Final: Pakistan defeated India by just 1 run in a thrilling final to become Cup Champions.

🏆 Plate Final: Afghanistan defeated England to win the Plate Competition.

Cup Runners Up: India finished as worthy runners-up after an outstanding tournament performance.

Plate Runners Up: England performed brilliantly throughout the tournament and should be proud of their achievements.

More Than Just Cricket

Beyond the results, The Hundred Blaze 2026 was a celebration of:

Youth development

Diversity and inclusion

Community engagement

International friendship

Sporting excellence

The event once again demonstrated the power of cricket to bring people together and create opportunities for the next generation of players.

Message from Ratan

"It gives me immense pleasure to see how an initiative I started as the T20 Asia Blaze, and later renamed as The Hundred Blaze in 2015, has continued to grow and evolve over the years. This year marks the 9th edition of the competition, and we are especially proud to introduce the Under-19 concept, creating greater opportunities for young cricketers to showcase their talent on a competitive platform.

Our vision is to provide a clear pathway for these youngsters towards cricket academies, MCC Young Cricketers, and various other mainstream clubs and development programmes. We strongly believe that competitions like The Hundred Blaze can play a major role in inspiring and developing the next generation of diverse cricketing talent.

I would like to thank all supporters, team organisers and CKC staff for their ongoing support to come this far."

— Shahidul Alam Ratan, Founder, The Hundred Blaze & CEO, Capital Kids Cricket
