Capital Kids Cricket’s Community Clubs programme creates opportunities for children and young people to develop their cricketing skills, build confidence, make new friends and become part of their local community.
Capital Kids Cricket supports community cricket clubs across London, creating safe and inclusive environments where young people can learn, play and develop through cricket.
The programme includes clubs such as West Ham and Stratford CC, Leyton Wicketz CC, Spikes Bridge Junior CC, Tower Hamlets CC and Leyton Girls CC. These clubs provide regular coaching and competitive opportunities for young players across different age groups.
The Community Clubs programme is designed to provide a pathway from school and community cricket into structured club cricket. Alongside developing cricketing abilities, CKC focuses on confidence, teamwork, leadership and positive relationships, helping young people grow both on and off the field.
Through these community-based clubs, CKC continues its mission to use cricket as a tool to inspire, challenge and create positive change in communities across London.
